Abstract
The surface parameters of the zero harmonics of the Landau-Migdal ampl itude are expressed in terms of the off-shell free NN-scattering T-mat rix. A simple calculation yields a reasonable agreement with phenomeno logical values of these parameters. (C) 1998 Published by Elsevier Sci ence B.V.
