Abstract
We compute up-down asymmetries for atmospheric neutrino induced electr on and muon events in the SuperKamiokande detector for the following n eutrino oscillation models: (A) maximally mixed nu(mu)-nu(tau) or nu(m u)-nu(s), (B) maximally mixed nu(mu)-nu(e), (C) threefold maximal mixi ng between nu(e), nu(mu) and nu(tau), and (D) neutrino oscillations vi a Equivalence Principle or Lorentz invariance violation, We emphasise the role of different momentum cuts.
