Abstract
We present a case of non-specific vasculitis presenting as a pyrexia o f unknown origin to illustrate the diagnostic difficulty which can ari se with this condition. The diagnostic event was central retinal arter y occlusion and the disease was also associated with pyoderma gangreno sum. History, examination, investigations and management are discussed .
