Abstract
The fate of tetraconazole residues, applied according to the recommend ed procedures on greenhouse cucumbers, was studied. Cucumbers received three applications of the fungicide at rates of 4.0 and 8.0 g of acti ve ingredient/100 L. Residues were determined by a gas chromatographic method using NPD detector. Recovery of tetraconazole from cucumbers w as in the range of 96-103% with a limit of determination 0.01 mg/kg. T etraconazole residues dissipated relatively rapidly, with a half-life of 7 days.
