Abstract
We present a case of malignant peripheral were sheath tumour in a pati ent with von Recklinghausen's neurofibromatosis with intracardiac exte nsion of the tumour thrombus. This is the first reported case of a sof t tissue sarcoma associated with transluminal propagation of a tumour thrombus to the heart.
