Abstract
Two case reports are described of male patients experiencing a semen-l ike urethral discharge during micturition, suspected to be induced by mazindol. Mazindol has an indirect sympathomimetic action and is known to cause urogenital side effects such as urinary retention and testic ular pain. It is suggested that seminal discharge may De added to this list. (C) 1998 by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
