Abstract
The upgrading of pregnant women care, requires a change of mind. The q uestion is to centre the pregnant woman in a complicated care system. The different intervening practicioners must learn how to work togethe r, in the way of a coordonition care; each one knowing his own limits and acting as well as he could. 60% of pregnant women with a normal pr egnancy could be ambulatory managed by their general practitioner, in a conjoined follow with the obstetrician. High risk and pathologic pre gnancies would be priority followed into obstetrical hospital departme nt, according to each woman requirement, in collaboration with her gen eral practitioner. The conjoined follow experimentations show that the y are successful on perinatal deathrate and morbidity decriment. It's time to take up this challenge.
