Abstract
Cancer chemotherapeutic agents have been briefly reviewed with an emph asis on DNA-binders. Cyclopenta[f]isoquinoline derivatives which we de veloped on CPK-molecular model studies, have been discussed. The synth esis of a few new cyclopenta[f]isoquinolines is also described.
