ENDOSCOPIC IN-SITU BYPASS - A GENTLER DISSECTION

We believe that this is the first report of a gasless endoscopic in si tu bypass technique. We have pursued this minimally invasive procedure with the hope that wound complications and operative time might be im proved without compromising graft patency. Having demonstrated the fea sibility of minimally invasive lower-extremity bypass we would urge fu rther study to assess the safety and efficacy of this promising approa ch.
