Abstract
Intracortical osteosarcomas originate in the bone cortex and represent the rarest type of osteosarcoma. We describe the clinical, radiologic al and histological features of an intracortical osteosarcoma occurrin g in the femur of a young man and discuss the pertinent features of th is tumour compared to those previously reported.
