OVERVIEW OF OPENDIOSA IMPLEMENTATION FOR DISTRIBUTED OBJECT EXECUTING

This paper describes the functions and implementation technology of Op enDIOSA which enables high performance and high reliability for large- scale distributed systems. The reusability which is a feature of the o bject-oriented technology makes it possible to follow the recent rapid progress of the IT (Information Technology) environment. OpenDIOSA ha s provided a parallel execution environment for distributed object bas ed on CORBA architecture by multi-process control, and also implements the Transaction Service (context management and failure recovery cont rol) based on CORBAservices and DIOSA specific functions.
