Abstract
We derive the string representation of the Abelian Higgs theory in whi ch dyons are condensed. It happens that in such a representation the t opological interaction exists in the expectation value of the Wilson l oop. Due to this interaction the dynamics of the string spanned on the Wilson loop is nontrivial. (C) 1998 American Institute of Physics. [S 0021-3640(98)00206-0].
