Abstract
A case of simultaneous appearance of bitemporal sterile abscesses of t he upper eyelids and pyoderma gangrenosum in an 80-year-old woman with an acute flare of ulcerative led to healing of the skin and upper eye lid lesions and induced remission of ulcerative colitis.
