Abstract
The r-matrix method and the method of separation of variables for rest ricted flows with Neumann constraints are considered, Restricted Jaule nt-Miodek flows are taken as illustrative examples. Lax representation s are obtained from the adjoint representation of the corresponding so liton hierarchy; the r-matrix formula, based on this Lax representatio n, is derived; and the separation of variables for the Hamilton-Jacobi equation are performed.
