The transport properties of superconducting YBa2Cu3O7-x/CaMoO3 (YBCO/C
MO) multilayers in the mixed-state were measured to study the effects
of magnetic field, flux pinning and current density on the behaviors o
f Hall coefficient. The superconducting critical temperature was reduc
ed due to the presence of CMO layers. The longitudinal resistivities u
nder a magnetic field parallel to the c-axis shows a thermally activat
ed behavior and pinning energy decreases with an increasing magnetic f
ields or currents applied. The pinning abilities are also affected by
the thickness of YBCO or CMO layers. The negative Hall coefficient in
the mixed-state depends on the flux pinning and decreases as the pinni
ng force decreases. The results are consistent with the Wang and Ting'
s model [10].
