Abstract
We have measured the resistivities rho of Sb2Te3-xSex compounds (x = 0 , 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, 3) between 5 and 300 K. The rho behavior with T is me tallic-like in all of those samples except in the sample a: = a. Parti cularly, we find an exponent n = 2 in the Boltzmann transport term AT( n) in low temperature for those samples showing metallic-like behavior .
