Supersymmetric algebra has been constructed in terms of spinorial char
ges in complex C-3-space consisting of symmetrical spatial and tempora
l components and the supersymmetric quantum mechanics has been formula
ted by identifying the additional temporal components of this space as
supertime anticommuting variables. Superfields, super-potentials and
covariant derivatives have been derived in terms of anticommuting oper
ators constructed by using additional temporal components of C-3-space
and it has been shown that the supersymmetry is weakly broken in thes
e extra temporal dimensions.
