Abstract
The method of preparation and assay of antiserum to benz[a]pyrene (BP) is described, in which conjugate BP-BSA for immunization of animals a nd conjugate BP-hexokinase for ELISA of antibodies to BP were used. Th is method is recommended for studying immunological mechanisms of chem ical carcinogenesis.
