Abstract
Peptidyl difluoromethylene ketone derivatives were designed to take ad vantage of probable additional interactions with the S' subsite of hum an heart chymase. They showed potent inhibitory activities against hum an heart chymase and were more efficient than bovine chymotrypsin. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
