We present a new ureterocalicostomy technique in a patient with intrar
enal pelvis together with renal artery compression on the pelvis and u
reteropelvic junction (UPJ). The patient had grade ii hydronephrosis i
n the left kidney and angulation at the ureteropelvic junction. We per
formed side-to-side ureterocalicostomy between the ureter and lower ca
lyx of the kidney.
