We compute QCD corrections to the processes e(+)e(-)-->t (t) over bar
h(0) and pp-->t (t) over bar h(0) by treating the Higgs boson as a par
ton which radiates off a heavy quark. This approximation is valid in t
he limits M-h much less than M-t and M-h,M-t much less than root s. Th
e corrections increase the rate for pp-->t (t) over bar h(0) at the CE
RN LHC by a factor of 1.2 to 1.5 over the lowest order rate for an int
ermediate mass Higgs boson, M-h<180 GeV. The QCD corrections are small
fore(+)e(-)-->t (t) over bar h(0) at root s=1 TeV.
