Abstract
A two dimensional short-range inclinometer radar, based on microwave i nterferometry, is presented. It is able to detect the angles of deviat ion of a reflecting plane with respect to a reference area with an acc uracy greater than +/- 2 degrees over a dynamic range of +/- 25 degree s. Theoretical and experimental results are presented for a metallic r eflecting panel at 10 GHz.
