Abstract
The teleparallelism equivalent GR(parallel to) of gravity is considere d. After its complexification via a canonical transformation, it becom es a true Yang-Mills theory of translations. It is shown that states c onstructed from the translational Chern-Simons term (C) under bar(TT) fully solve the corresponding Hamiltonian and diffeomorphism constrain ts.
