Abstract
Liquid chromatographic (LC) enantioseparations of various racemates on polysaccharide-based chiral stationary phases (CSPs) are mainly descr ibed. The wide applicability and usefulness of this technique in analy sis and preparation of optical isomers (enantiomers) have been demonst rated by a comprehensive survey of the literature.
