This article reports on a study that examined the sexual harassment ex
periences among 226 bachelor's of social work and master's of social w
ork students in one school of social work and in their field placement
s. The prevalence and severity of sexual harassment on campus and in f
ieldwork agencies are discussed, as are the implications of the findin
gs and issues for further investigation.
