Abstract
Neuroendoscopy is a minimally invasive technique that has revolutioniz ed the management of multiple intracranial conditions. Neuroendoscopic techniques can be safely applied to the newborn in selected circumsta nces, but the indications, surgical technique, and the potential pitfa lls and complications must be completely understood to ensure a succes sful outcome in these fragile patients.
