Abstract
From the mixed variational principle, by selection of the variables an d its dual variables, the Hamiltonian canonical equation for the stati cs and dynamics analysis of Reissner plates is derived, so it leads th e problem to the mathematical frame of symplectic geometry and its alg orithms, and the exact solution for the arbitary boundary conditions i s also derived by the adjoint ortho-normalized symplectic expansion me thod.
