Abstract
We obtained the non-classical term of the Hall magnetoconductivity com bining experimental measurements of both components of the transverse magnetoresistance with a model based on the Streda equation. sigma(xy) appears as the addition of two oscillatory terms. The first one relat ed to sigma(xx), gives the contribution of the 2D bulk electrons. The other one obtained by difference, is in agreement with the non-classic al term of the Streda equation calculated for a DOS taking into accoun t the parameters deduced from the Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations.
