Abstract
The equivalence of the raising and lowering operators derived from the factorization of the radial Schrodinger equation and the conserved qu antities responsible for the closeness of classical orbits for hydroge n atoms and isotropic harmonic oscillators is physically connected wit h the dynamical symmetry, in reply to the comment by Stahlhofen [Phys.
