Abstract
This paper concerns a novel method for the preparation of silver metal from AgBF4 by reduction with polysilanes, and an application of the m ethod to the direct formation of conducting pattern on the surface of organosilicon polymers in combination with UV light lithography withou t any other promoters, reductants and photoresists.
