Ya. Karataev et al., A CONDUCTING COATING WITH LOW REFLECTIVITY IN THE UV SPECTRAL REGION, Instruments and experimental techniques, 40(1), 1997, pp. 140-141
A conducting low-reflectivity coating (no higher than 1.5% at a wavele
ngth of 121.6 nm and an electrical resistance of below 100 Ohm/sq.) is
developed on the basis of In-In2O3 system deposited with the reactive
thermal and reactive plasma sputtering techniques. Samples of such co
atings were exposed to laboratory tests conventionally applied to spac
e equipment. As a result, the reflectance of the coating increased up
to 2.4%, and the initial surface resistance remained unchanged.
