Abstract
The realization of electroluminescent diodes that can emit blue, blue- red and white light results in poly(N-vinyl halogenocarbazole) (PNVHK) polymers being even more applicable and easy when used as active medi a in polymer light-emitting devices. Electroluminescent devices were f abricated using PNVHK as a hole-transporting emitter layer. In the dio de's structure consisting of glass substrate/indium-tin-oxide (ITO)/PN VHK/Ca/Al, the carriers were injected from ITO (anode) and Ca (cathode ) electrodes to the PNVHK layer using a turn-on voltage of 8 V for lig ht emission.
