Abstract
We report on our experimental results of photocurrent generated by X-r ays in nickel phthalocyanine (NiPc). The obtained linear dependence of photocurrent on X-ray intensity has not yet been observed. The simple model enabling us to describe the experimental characteristics is pre sented.
