Abstract
Slow diffusion of aqueous solutions containing K-4[Mo-III(CN)(7)]. 2H( 2)O and a Mn-II salt, respectively, affords well shaped single crystal s of two cyano-bridged bimetallic phases ordering ferromagnetically wi th a pronounced magnetic anisotropy in the magnetically-ordered phase.
