Abstract
From time to time, we need reminding that organizational strategies an d phenomena come in complex I packages. This study focussed on collabo ration in the interorganizational domain. It presents evidence that su ggests that collaboration may not always be a desirable strategy for s olving joint issues among organizations and that conflict may not be a negative factor in their exchanges.
