Abstract
We describe the case of a fenestrated basilar artery aneurysm successf ully clipped by means of a right presigmoid petrosal approach. Three-d imensional CT angiography enabled the surgeon to plan an approach to a n aneurysm in this unique location, and the presigmoid petrosal approa ch was suitable for clipping of the aneurysm.
