Abstract
A star image is reconstructed by referring to specklegrams of a widely separated star. It is shown that high-resolution imaging is feasible using a reference star that is wider separated than an isoplanatic ang le. Stellar imaging based on a simple adaptive-optics scheme is invest igated. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
