Abstract
Zatebridine selectively reduces resting and exercise heart rate withou t any other myocardial effects. In this study, despite significant red uctions in resting and exercise heart rate, there were no clinically s ignificant effects on myocardial ischemia, suggesting that the anti-is chemic effect of heart rate reduction should be reevaluated.
