Abstract
By using natural fibre mats to reinforce PU systems it is possible to reduce both component weight and manufacturing costs. In addition, the use of renewable raw materials means that when products are thermally recycled at the end of their service life, plant-bonded CO2 is return ed to the cycle without any impact on the ecological balance.
