Abstract
A rapid potentiometric method is developed for the determination of fa tty acid anions in vegetable oil using citric acid in a mixed ethanol- ether solvent as the reagent and sodium oleate as the standard. The re lative standard deviation is no higher than 9%; the relative error is 9.1%.
