Abstract
We present the case of a 59-year-old woman with an International Feder ation of Gynecology and Obstetrics stage IIIB serous psammocarcinoma. Only 12 cases of this rare ovarian neoplasm have been reported previou sly, These tumors act like borderline tumors and, therefore, do not us ually require chemotherapy or radiation therapy after appropriate surg ical debulking and staging.
