A closed-cycle TEA CO2 laser with a system for gas-mixture regeneratio
n based on inexpensive IK-12-11 and IKT-12-9 catalysts, which do not n
eed to be heated to high temperatures, is described. The use of these
catalysts ensures a stable output power of laser radiation. The time d
ependences of laser radiation power for various catalyst temperatures
and pump pulse repetition frequencies are presented.
