Abstract
Long strictures of the bulbomembranous urethra are a challenge of mode rn urology, with no absolutely reliable technique for a favorable outc ome. The authors describe a technique of urethroplasty using the radia l forearm free flap, in a patient suffering from posttraumatic strictu re, with excellent results.
