Few mental health clinicians are trained to work, effectively in integ rated vocational programs for adults with severe mental disorders. Bas ed on the experience of clinicians and researchers in multiple integra ted vocational service settings, we developed guidelines for clinician s to enable them to use their clinical skills to enhance the vocationa l lives of their clients.
