Abstract
The Radon transform belongs to the area of Inverse Problems. The recon struction of a function from its projection or averages is a central p oint of study. Besides having direct applications in medical tomograph y, geophysics, there are also applications in signal processing, stati stics and probability. Hence, it is useful to consider discretized ver sions of the Radon transform.
