The neutron reflectivity pattern from a {PSS/PAH/PSS7d/PAH} x 8 thin f
ilm shows a well-shaped Bragg reflection (Q = 0.063 Angstrom(-1)) and
the Kiessig fringes (Delta Q = 0.0073 Angstrom(-1)) correspond to a sp
acing of 100 Angstrom and a total thickness of 850 Angstrom respective
ly.
