Abstract
During the examination with three different methods for the identifica tion of 120 strains of Listeria spp, the ELISA Test didn't correctly i dentify two strains. With PCR method four Listeria DIM-negative strain s have resulted to be L. innocua with protein p60-like and two non hae molitc L. monocytogenes strains have resulted to be L. innocua.
