Abstract
The problems related to the development of single-use biosensors inten ded for glucose assay are considered. A selective sensor is designed o n the basis of carbon materials, an enzyme (glucose oxidase), and a me diator (benzoquinone). The response current is shown to be a linear fu nction of the glucose concentration at concentrations ranging from 3 t o 30 mM. Reproducibility of the biosensor is equal to 8-10%.
