Abstract
The hemangioma is a benigne mesenchymal tumor which can occur in all o rgans, The adrenal hemangioma represents a rarity, therefore it is oft en found coincidentally. Although it is a benigne disease the surgical treatment has priority. This article is aimed to report on a case of adrenal hemangioma, describes diagnostic procedures and treatment and followed by a discussion with the literature.
