Abstract
The 1,2,3-thiadiazolium chlorides 4a,b react with benzylamine, aniline , phenylhydrazine, hydroxylamine and N-methylhydroxylamine at low temp erature to yield the 1-arylamino-1,4-diazadienes 5-9 which have been f ully characterized by NMR spectroscopy.
